New Patients
You need to bring:  
  • Referral (Private patients do not need a referral. Clients coming under Worker’s Compensation and the Chronic Disease Management programs DO require a referral.)
  • X-rays/scans/results of tests
  • Operation report (If you have one. Don’t worry if you don’t, we can organise to get this if we need it)
  • Workers' compensation details
  • DVA card
  • Medicare card
  • Previous splints and/or equipment

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8.30 to 5.30 Wednesday: 10.30-3.30   We endeavour to cater for all our clients needs. Payment

Is required on the day of treatment (Unless covered by Department of Veterans Affairs or Worker’s Compensation, or CTP). Feel free to give us a call if you are not sure.
 
We welcome Mastercard, VISA, EFTPOS, Personal Cheques and Cash.
 
**Note: We bill under the provider of Occupational Therapy so it is a good idea to check with your health fund prior to your appointment to see if they will cover you.

HICAPS

For your convenience, we also have HICAPS available for immediate processing and rebate approval.

Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates are available for patients on the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program only. Eligibility is determined by your GP and can be given for one or a maximum of five Occupational Therapy treatments sessions. Discuss this with your doctor the next time you are there. Please bring your Medicare card and debit card (linked to your medicare account) if you have a care plan. We can process your rebate straight away! **Please note that the government rebate does not cover the full cost of the consultation.
